The personal data of users of our website is collected to enable the provision of services offered on it, as without the collection of personal data, it is not possible to carry out commercial transactions through the website.

Collection of personal data (purposes)

The data of users on the website www.whiteglove.com is collected during their navigation, specifically for the following purposes:

To process service requests: making requests for clarification, inquiries, and others regarding services and other aspects related to the website.

To share content.

Retention of personal data: the personal data collected by White Glove, Private Concierge & Events by the Privacy Policy can only be retained for the strictly necessary period, considering the purpose of collection.

If there is no relevant contact with the data subject within five years, White Glove, Private Concierge & Events commits to deleting or encrypting the respective personal data, unless they are necessary for the exercise of its activity or the fulfilment of legal or judicial obligations. At the end of the aforementioned period, personal data will be permanently deleted or encrypted, without prejudice to the previously mentioned exceptions.

O titular dos dados pessoais poderá, a qualquer momento, solicitar à White Glove, Private Concierge & Events informação sobre o conteúdo e tratamento dos dados pessoais recolhidos, designadamente: i) finalidade a que se destinam; ii) base legal; iii) identidade do responsável pelo tratamento dos dados ou do encarregado de proteção de dados, se esta figura for implementada; iv) período durante o qual os dados serão mantidos e critério utilizado para a fixação desse prazo; v) categorias dos dados pessoais em causa; vi) destinatários ou categorias de destinatários para quem os dados pessoais foram ou serão transmitidos; vii) prazo previsto para a conservação dos dados pessoais (quando possível) ou critérios usados para a fixação desse prazo; viii) origem dos dados pessoais- no caso de não terem sido fornecidos diretamente pelo titular; ix) existência de decisões automatizadas e informações úteis sobre a lógica dessas decisões (incluindo a definição de perfis) e a importância e as consequências que o tratamento dessas informações poderá ter para o titular dos dados.

Para além destas informações, o titular dos dados pessoais poderá

i) solicitar a retificação, eliminação ou limitação do tratamento dos seus dados pessoais ou opor-se a esse tratamento; ii) apresentar reclamação a uma autoridade de controlo (em Portugal, a Comissão Nacional para a Proteção de Dados- CNPD).

O fornecimento da cópia de documentos em fase de tratamento não prejudicará terceiros e é gratuito. Se forem pedidas cópias de documentos adicionais, poderemos cobrar-lhe uma taxa para cobrir custos administrativos. E, será informado das garantias adequadas em relação ao tratamento dos seus dados caso estes sejam transferidos para um país terceiro ou uma organização internacional.

O titular dos dados pessoais poderá ainda solicitar, a qualquer momento, o acesso aos mesmos e a sua retificação, para complementar ou corrigir dados incorretos ou imprecisos.

Right to access and information

The data subject may, at any time, request from White Glove, Private Concierge & Events information regarding the content and processing of their personal data collected, namely: i) the purpose for which they are intended; ii) the legal basis; iii) the identity of the data controller or data protection officer, if this role is implemented; iv) the period during which the data will be retained and the criteria used for setting this period; v) categories of personal data concerned; vi) recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be transmitted; vii) the expected period for the retention of personal data (when possible) or the criteria used for the determination of this period; viii) the source of the personal data – if they were not provided directly by the data subject; ix) the existence of automated decisions and useful information about the logic of such decisions (including profiling) and the importance and consequences of processing this information for the data subject.

In addition to this information, the data subject may
i) request correction, deletion, or limitation of the processing of their personal data or object to such processing; ii) file a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission – CNPD).

The provision of a copy of documents under processing will not harm third parties and is free of charge. If additional copies of documents are requested, we may charge a fee to cover administrative costs. The data subject can, at any time, oppose the processing of their personal data. In this case, the data will no longer be processed by White Glove, Private Concierge & Events, unless there is a legitimate legal justification for its use or it is strictly necessary for legal or judicial purposes. The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
